Kylee Altland drives to the goal

The Women’s Soccer team is well into the thick of their 2022 season. The team carries along with them a 5-3-2 record. The has been a rollercoaster thus far filled with ups and downs. They started with two back to back ties against Widener and Houghton. They tried to make things right in their next game against York, but instead they lost 4-1. With their record at 0-1-2 PSH would then go on a five game winning streak. The scoring margins have the Lions outsourcing their opponents 18 goals to 1 during this winning streak. Since then, however, the team has come back down to Earth with a tough loss to undefeated Franklin and Marshall. The team recently traveled the short distance to Elizabethtown to play the Blue Jays. The team would unfortunately go on to lose 3-1. The team looks to rebound against Penn State Berks on October 1st. Some stat leaders include Kylee Altland with 14 points on the season followed by Abigail Frew, Serenity Hill, and Isabelle Toni all tied with 6 points on the season. Sydney Mulka, the goalie, has 30 saves on the season. The ladies next home game is against Lancaster Bible on Wednesday October 5th.
