WSOC has been dominant in their last 5 games
No, that title was not a typo. During their last five contests, the Women’s Soccer Team has not allowed a goal. These last five games resulted in four wins and one tie. The tie was against fellow satellite campus Penn State Berks. From that game on the team would win a tight game against Lancaster Bible 2-0. Kyla Brossoit claimed the scoring production for the day as she scored both goals for her squad. The team would continue winning, and they won big against Gallaudet 10-0. Now Gallaudet has yet to find a win this year, but this was a good victory for the Lions as all their goals happened in the first half. I’m sure a lot of the younger players on the team got experience in the second half. Women’s Soccer continued their warpath onto Arcadia. This was a 2-0 victory against Arcadia and featured goals by Kylee Atland and Serenity Hill. The team’s last game was against Wells. A wild stat for this game is how PSUH out shot Wells 40 to nothing. Going off of this stat it could not have been a good day for the Wells Women’s Soccer Team. The final score was 9-0.
Penn State Harrisburg’s next game is against Goucher on 10/18. Be sure to wear pink to the turf as this is to raise awareness for breast cancer.
