Track and Field Continues to Shatter Records
Track and Field is just heating up in their outdoor campaign. They just came off a successful meet all around at Millersville University.
In the 100m, Leah Gray currently has the school record for running a 12.28 and is currently ranked 20th in DIII. Grace Weber ran a 1:11.24 in the 400m hurdles which puts her third overall in the program.
Sean Hemby sits at number two overall in the 400m hurdles with his time of 57.52. Hamby comes in at 49th in DIII by running a 11.60 in the 100m and sits at number seven in DIII for his time in the 400m hurdles.
Paul Netland ran a 15.39 in the 110m hurdles which puts him third overall for the program and third in DIII.
Angad Bhullar sits at 13th in DIII for throwing a 13.68 in shot put. Coleman Greg Acolitse set a new personal record and is now sitting at number seven for throwing a 44.26 in hammer.
Mikayla Wright set a personal record as well for throwing a 34.28 in hammer as well. She is only six away from breaking the school record.
The team competes again at Shippensburg University on April 29.
