Hersheypark will be gaining two jolly new attractions for the summer 2022 season themed around the Jolly Rancher brand.

On Tuesday, February 22, Hersheypark announced two new attractions will be opening for the 2022 summer season. Both attractions will center around the Jolly Rancher brand, which currently does not have any themed rides in Hersheypark.

The main attraction will become one of Hersheypark’s 15 coasters, Jolly Rancher Remix. The coaster sends guests backward and forwards on the same track, inverting six times. However, each ride on Jolly Rancher Remix will be slightly different, offering one of five different themes based on Jolly Rancher flavors, such as Green Apple or Watermelon. This allows for high re-rideability in order to experience all 5 themes. Based on the randomized theme, each ride will feature “different music, lights and scents for an only-in-Hershey sensory experience.”

Hersheypark will also be opening Mix’d Flavored by Jolly Rancher. The family ride takes guests up and down and all around in a 360-degree arc to provide unique views of the surrounding rides.

Both rides will be open during all seasons after their summer debut. Jolly Rancher Remix will have a height restriction of 48”, placing it in the park’s Hershey’s height category and Mix’d Flavored by Jolly Rancher will have a height restriction of 42”, placing it in the park’s Reese’s height category.
